唐俊 教授、博士，中共黨員

現任內蒙古鴻德文理學院巴基斯坦研究中心主任、蒙古鴻德文理學院高校學術委員會委員，兼任兼任巴基斯坦旁遮普政府大學《政治科學期刊》、巴基斯坦可持續發展研究所《發展政策、研究與實踐期刊》、巴基斯坦和平與外交研究所《和平與外交期刊》、巴基斯坦旁遮普中央大學《人文與社會科學雜志》及巴基斯坦《社會科學與經濟學報》等權威期刊評審委員、巴基斯坦戰略研究所智庫顧問，國際期刊 Journal Interdisciplinary Insights 主編。主要研究方向聚焦馬克思主義中國化理論創新、習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想國際傳播、中巴哲學思想比較研究及人類命運共同體理論建構，深耕中巴全天候戰略合作伙伴關系與文化傳播機制研究，形成兼具理論深度與政策價值的學術成果體系。

學術貢獻與智庫實踐

2022年，主導創建“中國-巴基斯坦研究中心聯盟”（成員覆蓋國內外十余所高校及智庫），組織多場國際學術論壇，研究成果《China Pakistan Economic Corridor A Decade of Transformation across Pakistan Regional Impacts and Progress》國際發布，成果被巴基斯坦駐華使館、伊斯蘭堡規劃發展與改革部等政府機構采納為政策參考，并獲卡拉昆侖國際大學、俾路支省信息技術工程與管理科學大學、河北大學跨文化傳播研究中心等智庫引用。其團隊多次赴巴開展田野調查，完成《中巴文化交流史》等系列報告，實證成果被納入新疆國際經濟文化發展中心區域國別研究數據庫。作為巴基斯坦“了解中國”系列培訓主講專家（2022至今），系統闡釋習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想及中國治理經驗，成為南亞地緣政治研究中推動跨文明互鑒的核心力量。
